When does it expire?
Gift vouchers expire after 5 years from the date of purchase. If you don't think you will be ready to spend the voucher in this time period (these restorations can drag on!) then let us know and we will extend the voucher.
Are there any monthly fees?
No. There are no sneaky "maintenance fees". You get to spend every cent of your voucher.
How do I spend it?
Simply enter the voucher number on the payment page when checking out. You can spend all or some of the voucher. Any value remaining will work again the next time you order.
You can also present the voucher at our workshop in Kildare to pay for goods or services.
What if I lose it?
Please take care of the voucher like it was cash. We can't be responsible if someone else spends your voucher. However, we can resend vouchers by email.
Can I check my balance?
The original voucher email will contain a link to check your balance.
Can I get a refund?
We cannot refund unused vouchers or any remaining balance.
