Your order is our responsibility until it is safely in your hands. We use tracked delivery and if there are any problems we will fix them. You will receive order and shipping updates regularly. You will not be charged a customs or VAT fee as we are based in Ireland and ship to IE & NI.

We all know that not every part is made equal, and modern reproductions are not always what they should be. On the product page for most items we show a quality guide so as you know what you are buying. We will replace any parts that don't meet your expectations.

If you want to return an item please get in touch with us first. We accept returns and we will issue a credit note or refund to your original payment method. You must pay the return postage but we will refund 100% of the product cost as long as the product is unopened and unused.

We use SSL security and we are fully PCI compliant. We don't store your credit card details (Shopify handles that for us), we don't sell your data, we respect unsubscribes, and we take your data security seriously. Contact us for any issues or FOI requests.
