This Bare Twin-Port Cylinder Head is specifically engineered for 1600cc engines, providing reliable and enhanced performance. It is designed to accommodate long-reach spark plugs like the W8CC or WR7CC, offering superior combustion efficiency. The head features 35.5mm intake valves and 32mm exhaust valves, ensuring smooth airflow for improved engine power and overall performance.

Made from durable AA 500 Series Casting, the cylinder head comes with clean-flowing cooling vanes for maximum cooling effectiveness, particularly around the intake ports. This increases horsepower while keeping the engine temperature in check. The modernized combustion chamber design promotes better airflow, and the second full fin allows for deep fly cutting to achieve the desired head CC volume. Additionally, the blocked-off rocker stud bosses help eliminate O-rings and prevent oil leaks, while the long-reach 3/4-inch spark plugs reduce the risk of cracking between the valve seat and plug.
