This is the part of the heater channel that follows the shape of the inner front wing.

This front heater channel comes in a oxidation prohibiting packing paint, this is not a primer. Once the heater channel has been welded into final position, you should strip the panel down to bare metal and prime and paint the panel to sufficiently protect it against future oxidation.
