This master cylinder is for the T2a until 07/69.
The model year '70 (08/69-07/70) had a separate master cylinder, but unfortunately no longer available. The only difference is that until '70 the master cylinder had 3 connections and the '70 only 2. So you can also use this 1205-4 on a '70 if you cover one of the front connections with for instance a bleed nipple (BBT 1229-20).
