Shift Plate Under Gear Stick

This gearshift plate is found directly under the gearstick and when worn can cause problems when changing gear (such as moving too far across into reverse instead of second gear or finding it dificult to enter Reverse or 2nd gear). This plate should stop the gear lever from entering reverse when in forward motion.
