Transform your aircooled VW engine with the Mahle Forged 90.5mm Barrel & Piston Kit, designed specifically for upgrading to 1776cc displacement. This kit bolts onto a modified Type-1 engine case paired with a standard 69mm crankshaft. For installation, the engine case and cylinder heads of your standard 1300-1600cc twin-port engine must be machined to fit. Engine cases and cylinder heads pre-cut for this upgrade are also available for a seamless setup.
